1. How do I purchase a gun online?

A. Contact a local dealer and arrange for them to conduct the transfer (receive the firearm from us). Be sure that they are aware that a firearm will be sent to them on your behalf, and that they agree to this. Also, be sure that any and all fees associated with the transfer are agreed upon prior to the order being placed.

B. Place the order for the firearm of your choosing. You can place the order online via our secure website 24 hours a day 7 days a week, or contact us during business hours at 1-800-996-0615 to place your order.

C. Have your local dealer fax a copy of their FFL (Federal Firearms License) to us at 502-632-1765. Please ensure that the fax includes your order confirmation number and your full name. If you need assistance locating a dealer, please visit www.FFLFinder.com or call us at 1-800-996-0615 and we may be able to locate one for you.

D. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification that includes basic information about your order such as a confirmation number and the ship-to address. We do not send tracking information on firearms. This is done to prevent people who knowingly are not able to possess a firearm from ordering one and having it redirected to a different address. Your firearm is shipped with a copy of our FFL (Federal Firearms License) as well as your contact information so that your local dealer has no problem contacting you upon arrival.

Our orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx Ground and Fed Ex Express. All in stock items will arrive in approximately 7-10 business days from when the order was placed, depending on location. All backorder and not in-stock items will arrive approximately 2-7 business days after the item ships. We reserve the right to break the order up and send partial shipments based on product availability. Split shipments will not incur additional shipping charges.
