Shipping, Pricing & Billing Policy


Purchaser’s Responsibilities

You are responsible for knowing the laws in your own state, county, city, etc. If you have any questions, contact your local FFL dealer before you order. (If you live in a city or state with local licensing/identification requirements, please be prepared to provide the requisite documents.)


  • We ship our orders via UPS.

  • Most in stock items will arrive in approximately 3-6 business days from when you place the order, depending on your location.

  • For back-order and not in-stock items: Your items will arrive in approximately 2-7 business days, after the item ships.

  • All long gun (rifles & shotguns), handguns, as well as heavy items and larger orders (based on total weight) are shipped UPS. We do not offer expedited shipping.

  • Shipping on all firearm orders is computed by weight, size, and destination of FFL licensed dealer, the shipper is chosen by us.

  • For non-firearm orders, our system automatically calculates your shipping based on weight, size, destination and shipper.

  • As per shipper regulations, ALL orders containing ammunition are shipped via UPS ground.

You will receive an Email notification when your order is shipped. We do not send tracking information on firearms. The Email will include basic information such as the ship-to address and a confirmation number.

We reserve the right to break the order up, and send partial shipments based on product availability. Split shipments will not incur additional shipping charges if we initiate the split. If the customer requests that an order is split, additional shipping fees may be added to the order.


We offer you consistently low prices on every item in our store. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Price Matching

NetBallistics, LLC. and its affiliates do not have a price-matching policy at this time. We do, however, consistently work toward maintaining competitive prices on everything we carry.

Quantity Discounts

We do not offer additional discounts on large orders of a single title or on large orders of many individual titles.. Also, please note that the availability listings on our Web site are intended for single-copy orders. Orders for many copies of the same item may take longer to assemble.

Confirming Prices

Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item's price may decrease between the time you place it in your cart and the time you purchase it. Some discounts are limited-time offers. Also, as the discount we are able to offer for any item is dependent upon its availability, NetBallistics, LLC. and its affiliates price will necessarily change on occasion. With respect to items sold by NetBallistics, LLC. and its affiliates, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.


Discounts will not be applied on items after the order has been placed (ie Coupon Codes must be entered before clicking Send Order). Discounts must be applied while placing the order.


The charge appears on your credit card statement as “NetBallistics, LLC.”. Your credit card statement will reflect an authorization for the amount of your purchase after your order has been placed. An authorization validates your credit card’s status and your credit account’s in good standing. The actual charge will not appear on your statement until your order ships from our warehouse.

If you order using a debit/check card, the authorization will put a hold on or freeze that amount until your card is charged. If you have any questions regarding authorizations or charges, please contact the institution that issued your credit card. We can NOT remove authorizations from your card. If authorizations need to be removed, you will have to call 1-800-996-0615 and provide our Customer Support Team with a number to your bank’s Customer Service/Authorization Removal Department along with your card number and any other required information.

Return Policy

You may return newunused (not installed) items within 30 days from the date the items were shipped, ONLY with prior authorization from our Returns Department. Once you have been authorized to return items, you will receive an Email regarding your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. The RMA Number will need to be written on the OUTSIDE of the package when returned to:

DO NOT write your RMA Number on merchandise. If the number is on the merchandise, it will be sent back to you. If items are returned without an RMA Number, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. NetBallistics, LLC. does not refund shipping unless it is our error.

The items must be in the original packaging and the packaging cannot be cut or destroyed in any way. If items are received in a condition other than how they were shipped, the items will be returned back to you. We will send pre-paid shipping return labels if the return is a result of our error (sent wrong item, sent to wrong address/FFL dealer, duplicate order, etc.).

If you received a defective item, you will need to call the manufacturer of the product directly to get a replacement. Most products carry a manufacturer warranty. NetBallistics, LLC. does not handle manufacturer warranties.

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of the return being delivered. Once issued, you will receive an Email notification of the refund. It may take several days or longer for the refund to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The Returns Department can be reached at 1-800-996-0615.

Items That Are NOT Returnable

NetBallistics, LLC. does not accept returns on the following items (this list is not inclusive):

  • Barrels
  • Ammunition
  • Firearms (if it has left the FFL dealer)
  • Hearing Protection
  • Clothing (hats, t-shirts, polo’s, jackets and gloves)
  • Food Items
  • Non-Electronic Game Calls
  • Batteries
  • CD's, DVD’s
  • Flashlight bulbs
  • Sight Installation Tools
  • Night Sights
  • Optics
  • All Fishing Products

Firearm Returns

Firearms CANNOT be returned if it has left the FFL dealer; if there is a problem with the firearm you will need to contact the manufacturer directly.

  • Before you proceed with the transfer, make sure you inspect the firearm thoroughly, to ensure that it is the correct item and free of defects.

  • If you do not inspect the firearm prior to the transfer and leave the FFL dealer with it and there are defects; you will have to contact the manufacturer directly.

  • If your paperwork is denied, you must pay return shipping back to NetBallistics, LLC.

  • We do NOT reimburse FFL transfer fees. You are responsible for any contract/negotiation with your FFL dealer.

  • There is a 25% restocking fee on returns of all firearms, once return has been authorized.

    Please note that when you place an order for a firearm, it is solely your responsibility to contact your chosen FFL dealer (before shipment occurs!); to ensure that they are willing and able to accept the transfer on your behalf. You are also responsible for ensuring the firearm is legal to own in your area.

    If we ship a firearm to your chosen dealer and the package must be returned to us as a result of your error, you will be charged for the additional costs incurred with the return shipment. Examples of this include, but are not limited to the following:

    • FFL dealer is on vacation or no longer in business upon package arrival.
    • FFL dealer refuses shipment.
    • If you fail your background check.
    • You choose to change dealers after shipment has occurred.
    • Firearm is determined (after shipment) to be illegal in your area.
    • Other situations that are a result of customer error, as determined by Net Ballistics, LLC.

    Please note that firearm shipments cannot, under any circumstance, be redirected to an alternate dealer once they have left our warehouse – firearms must be sent back to our warehouse and then out to the new dealer.

    Please note that not all FFL dealers listed in our database have an active/valid FFL or accept transfers. Therefore, we must insist that you contact your preferred dealer prior to order placement.


NetBallistics, LLC. does not offer swaps, exchanges or replacements on items. If you do not wish to wait to receive your refund and then place a new order, a Customer Support Team Member will be able to help place an order for you, for the correct item(s).

Canceling Orders/Restocking Fees

The reasoning for the restocking fee is that we have several warehouses that items are stored at; everything gets shipped to our central warehouse to ship out to all of our customers. So when an order is placed, one of our warehouses has to get the item and ship it out to us. If the order is canceled, the item has to ship back to the warehouse. It takes manpower to get these items out of stock, packaged and shipped to the central warehouse to be shipped to the customer.

Orders can be canceled by a Customer Support Team Member over the phone. All Email/fax requests to cancel orders will be honored ONLY if the following information is provided: the last 4 digits for the credit/debit card used on the order and the complete billing and shipping address.

  • No restocking fees will be applied for orders if the item(s) on the order are on backorder.
  • There will be a 15% restocking fee on all canceled non-firearm orders that are currently processing or that have been shipped.
  • There will be a 25% restocking fee on all firearm orders that are currently processing or that have been shipped.

    We reserve the right to cancel firearm orders when a customer fails to provide a Federal Firearms License (FFL) from their firearm transfer dealer. Reasonable attempts will be made to contact customers for their FFL when firearms are ready to be shipped. Customers have 14 days (including weekends) to provide a FFL, from the time that the firearm is in-stock and ready to be shipped. Canceled firearm orders will be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25%.

    NetBallistics, LLC. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, at any time, for any reason.

Changes To Our Ordering Policy

If our ordering policy changes, these changes will be posted here and date of modification posted below.
